St. Francis Fall and Winter Program Options

Greetings Players and Parents,

We're really excited to get you all back on-campus and back together for the Fall.  This Fall we are looking forward to 3 different options.  You'll see the conditioning option as a mandatory school activity. As players progress we want to see them doing box lacrosse and field tournament options which will be made available to you later.  As a reminder, these additional options are there because we need our players playing against the toughest competition TOGETHER under the same staff and with our team.  That is the way we can gel, build and grow as a team so when we face our mission league schedule in the Spring we are fully prepared.

For new families, due to CIF rules, we are not allowed to compete under the St. Francis name.  Ronin, our club team is what we do in the Fall, Winter and Summer to stay sharp, stay with our teammates and build our game.

We will start our conditioning and stick-work on Monday September 13.  We will have weightroom on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 6am to 730am.  Wednesdays we will have a short lift at 630 before taking the field from 7 to 830.  As a bonus, special events will be held on Halloween (Costumed practice), during Thanksgiving break (Alumni Game) and in early December (Ugly Sweater Game) Covid.

Players will need to go through the school's medical screening policy before stepping onto the field.

Note: If you would like to pay by check or cash (and not pay LeagueApp Fees) please go through the registration process and do not complete payment.  Then contact Coach Bowers for additional instruction.  It is important that all players go through LeagueApps as it allows the coaching staff to better communicate with parents and players.
