Our players need more work on their games, and we don't always have the time in practice to give you the exact tweaks to form.  So to augment the work you are doing at home we are giving players the ability to work on shooting on Sundays with Coach Bowers and Coach Pavone.

we will work on a variety of shots while attempting to fix bad habits and get the most out of every opportunity our players get on the field.

​

Each week will have a different focus, players will work on as many as 4 shots in a weekend to bring home and add to their bag.
