Beach trainings going on all summer long!

Sessions are 1 hour long and players are broken into small groups to minimize contact.  Upon arrival, athletes are temperature scanned and asked to place bags 6ft apart and stretch.

The Thursday Afternoon Session starts at 6:15pm

Workouts rotate between coaches. Ladder drills start the workout, players work their way through footwork drills building their conditioning and finish on stickwork.  We are committed to getting our players back into shape, building their skills and teaching them how to train hard.

Players are required to book their time slot in advance.
