Beach trainings are back this winter break!

Sessions are 1 hour long and players are broken into small groups to minimize contact.  Upon arrival, athletes are temperature scanned and asked to place bags 6ft apart and stretch on a specific cone.

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday sessions starting at 12, 12:20, and 12:40.


Dec. 21, 22, 23 and 28, 29, 30

Workouts rotate between coaches. Ladder drills start the workout, players work their way through footwork drills building their conditioning and finish on stickwork.  We are committed to getting our players back into shape, building their skills and teaching them how to train hard.

Trainings are just $30.

If players would like different times please email the staff and we can organize that.
